Sara serves as Development Manager in the Newport Beach, CA office where she is responsible for entitlements, project management, financial and market analysis, site selection feasibility, due diligence, and sourcing new development opportunities. Sara works with the Logistics Group that specializes in industrial projects in the Southern California market.
Current and recent responsibilities include 6000 Condor, Moorpark, CA, an infill Value-add redevelopment of a 202,000 SF industrial office/warehouse building. Sara is also working on a ground up development in Fontana, CA of two single load spec industrial buildings of 78,000 SF and 203,000 SF.
Additional projects Sara is assisting on are:
- San Bernardino Logistics Center Buildings I & II, 392,900 SF and 332,231 SF, close out and tenant improvements
- I-215 Commerce Center - Colton, CA; Ground up development of a 225,000 SF spec industrial building
- The Ranch by Transwestern – Eastvale, CA; Ground up development of two single load spec buildings of 70,000 SF and 270,000 SF
- Almeria – Fontana, CA; Ground up development of a 235,500 SF single load spec building
Before joining Transwestern Development Company, Sara worked as an Industrial Broker at CBRE where she and her team closed over 2 Million Square Feet of industrial property valued in excess of $300 Million. During her time at CBRE, Sara received Business Developer of the Year and she and her team were consistently ranked among the top producing teams in the region.
